  6. HTMLPad is Copyright (C) 1999 by Pablo Samuel Castro

  8.    The software was created in a span of three weeks, more as a "learning experience" than anything else. The author will not be held responsible for any damaged or corrupted files from the use or installation of HTMLPad. This is the first software the author has ever written, so bugs and errors are most likely to found. In no case shall the author be held responsible for or expected to correct any bugs or errors found.

  10.    HTMLPad was created initially only for the author's personal use, but later decided to distribute it as freeware. HTMLPad is free to be downloaded freely by anyone, as long as it was downloaded from the official download sites (i.e. http://www.download.com, etc.). Under no circumstances may any particular distribute, sell, or commercialize HTMLPad. This software was created to provide a better developing environment for HTML, without the need of purchasing other expensive software.

  12.    Please feel free to e-mail the author any comments, suggestions, or praisals, but please, NO JUNK MAIL! My e-mail address is posted below. HTMLPad may be used freely for as long as is wished, the key word being FREE. No charge can be gained from distribution of HTMLPad. Illegal reproduction or distribution of this software will have you castrated and killed.

  14.    Under no circumstances may any particular decompile, change, or alter HTMLPad from what it is. If any changes want to be made, the author must be contacted before any of these are made for consent.

  16.    Writing HTMLPad was not very easy. The author had just finished his first year studying computer science in University, so it was more of a learning experience. Any type of contributions to the author (let it be money, or whatnot) are immensely welcomed. If you wish to contribute in any way, please send the author an e-mail, so that he may give you his mailing address.
